There are so many images which come to mind when one thinks of Miley Cyrus. Hannah Montana and foam fingers are just among the many. It’s no secret that the former Disney starlet is desperate to break free from her once good girl image. One only needs to Youtube Miley Cyrus 2013 VMA’s to figure that one out. But just in case you were wondering about her sexual orientation, because you know it’s been on our minds forever, the mystery is now over. In a recent interview with ELLE UK Magazine, Miley explained that she is neither heterosexual, homosexual, or bisexual.
Instead, Miley told the fashion magazine that she refers to herself as pansexual. But what exactly does that really mean? Being the curious individual that I am, I decided to do a little research, in order to identify just what exactly it means to be pansexual.
According to some, pansexuality merely means one individual doesn’t have a preference when it comes to sexuality. They’re attracted to all living beings regardless of their gender identity or biological sex. A person who identifies themselves as pansexual could be open to someone who is male, female, transgender, intersex, or agendered/genderqueer.
‘I’m very open about it – I’m pansexual” Miley told the magazine “But I’m not in a relationship. I’m 22, I’m going on dates, but I change my style every two weeks, let alone who I’m with”
In other words, she’s just being Miley.
