Celebrity Style Fave: Diane Kruger

Celebrity Style Fave: Diane Kruger
I’m a huge fan of one Ms. Diane Kruger. I find her urban cool style with notes of Parisian chic to be extremely refreshing and original. Kruger’s stylist, Simone Harouche (whose clients are among Nicole Richi and Miley Cyrus) loves to mix prints and bold accessories. “I always start with a standout item and build around it with simplistic pieces in contemporary hues” Harouche states when dressing her clients, Kruger being one of them. It is a very smart moto to live by when you’re a stylist because who in the world wants to be ordinary? Clearly, not Kruger because she seems to be kicking ass with every piece of clothing she wears, on the red carpet and off.
To achieve her look, follow Harouche’s advise above and start with a bold piece whether it be an accessory, skirt, dress, or a pair of killer heels. Throw in some sophistication by searching for classic silhouettes with unique patterns and color pallets for that mix of classy and cool. Always remember not to add to much, focus on one item and let that be the center piece of your outfit.

I am a journalistic enthusiast, born and bred in Washington, D.C. When I'm not busy meticulously constructing posts, I can be found burying my head in an epic novel, cooking a delicious mess in the kitchen, scouring local thrift stores, and spending way too much time binging on Netflix (Arrested Development anyone?). I cannot live without a good playlist (Billy Holiday is preferred), working wifi (sometimes not always working), and Dunkin Donuts coffee (caramel swirl is my go-to flavor). If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to direct them to the email below. Happy Reading!
